I know electrics are easier than acoustics because the strings are closer to the neck. Is the same true for an acoustic-electric?
My guitar teacher insisted I learn on an acoustic and after a couple of years, I got a brand new 1970 Gibson es-335, for $695.00 and I still have it. That was a lot of money for a 12 year old boy’s guitar in 1970!
