Do Russia, China, N. Korea & Iran have a secret plan to attack USA?
Maybe we had a false sense of security when the cold war ended. Russia tends not to support us when we call for sanctions or pressure against Iran. Then they sell them military hardware.
China does the same with Iran and sells them some of the best counter military hardware against USA weapon systems known in the world. One such device was strictly prohibited that China stopped shipping when detected.
We know that China is on a fast track to build up their military and we have been concerned, however believe it is an effort on their part of a possible confrontation with Taiwan.
We hear excuses that they need oil from Iran. However when a similar situation exists of N. Korea, they support them as well. N. Korea has nothing that China or Russia needs.
Our intelligences were unable to confirm WMD, why should we think this is any different?
Probably not. These countries do not get along. Were it not for a history of adverse dealing with the US they would have little to discuss.
Weapons technology is sold by nations who have the expertise to those who do not. In the days of a bi-polar world you had two choices, communist bloc or American/NATO. We cut off the Iranians after they overthrew the Sha. They had to go to the Soviets. It wasn't a melding of ideals as much as it was supply and demand.
China never liked the Soviets from an ideals standpoint. Mao always felt underappreciated by the Moscow elite. He also felt they were afraid of challenging America directly.
North Korea is in shambles and approaching a crisis point. They are running out of food. It is difficult to imagine they could wage a successful war.
For these reasons, it isn't likely that a pact exists between these nations to covertly attack the USA.
